Trading name, operating company, country of incorporation and legal representative remain to be confirmed before commercial launch. These terms will then be completed and reviewed by legal counsel.

Use of the site and calculator
- Starting-at prices are indicative: only an accepted quote binds the parties.
- The quote simulation supports your decision; a request goes to study when no valid offer covers the route.
- You commit to providing accurate information about the cargo, addresses and declared value.
Account and client area
- The account is personal: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Documents and quotes in your client area concern your own files only.
Intellectual property
- Site content, texts, visuals and features are protected: unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Carrier and partner trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Liability and governing law
- The site is provided as is; temporary unavailability cannot engage the editor's liability.
- Transport-related liabilities are defined by the quote and the service terms.
- Governing law and competent courts will be specified with the operating company's identity.
