General Sales Terms (CGV)
These sales terms apply to international transport services ordered from GlobalTrans Logistics: vehicles, containers, spare parts, road and rail freight. They complement the quote accepted by the customer.
Payment beneficiary, invoicing terms and final financial conditions remain to be confirmed before commercial launch.
Scope
- These sales terms apply to any order for a service described in a quote issued by GlobalTrans Logistics.
- The accepted quote prevails over any information displayed on the site.
Order and quote
- The order is materialized by accepting the quote, which defines the scope, inclusions, exclusions and validity period.
- The booking is only firm after operational validation of capacity and documents.
Prices and payment
- Prices are expressed in the currency stated on the quote, excluding import duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, schedule and any deposits appear on the quote.
- No departure is confirmed before payment of amounts due at order, according to the agreed schedule.
Performance and delivery
- Departure and arrival dates are forecasts confirmed or adjusted in the file tracking.
- Transit times may be affected by carrier schedules, customs and local conditions.
Cancellation and claims
- Cancellation terms and any fees are communicated with the quote.
- Any claim is addressed to the file manager and handled with the file documents.
Disputes and governing law
- An amicable solution is sought before any legal action.
- Governing law and competent courts will be specified with the operating company's identity.
