Terms of Service
The terms below govern the international transport services organized by GlobalTrans Logistics: vehicles, containers, spare parts, road and rail freight. They set the contractual framework applying to every file.
Trading name, operating company, country of incorporation, registration number, contact details and payment beneficiary remain to be confirmed.
Role of the organizer
- GlobalTrans Logistics organizes international transport and related operations: pickup, handling, customs clearance and delivery.
- The exact contractual role is determined by the country of incorporation and the operations performed.
- Carriers and service providers are selected according to capacity and reliability requirements.
Quotes
- The accepted quote defines the scope of the service, its inclusions, exclusions and validity period.
- Starting-at prices shown on the site are indicative and confirmed by the quote.
- Currency, transport mode and departure window appear on every quote.
Booking and payment
- The booking is only confirmed after acceptance of the terms and operational validation.
- Payment terms and schedule are communicated with the quote.
Customs, duties and insurance
- Import duties and taxes are separate from the transport and remain payable by the customer according to the selected Incoterm.
- Insurance is included depending on the selected option; coverage is specified in the quote.
Cancellation and claims
- Cancellation and claim conditions are communicated with the quote.
- Every claim is reviewed by your file manager.
